Homemade Gluten-Free Bread (Fast and Easy)

buy gabapentin online from usa Hello everyone and beautiful and summery greetings from Cyprus! I’m currently on my third trimester and nearing the end of a long stretch. While time has passed by so quickly, I can’t tell you that giving birth definitely could not come any sooner, as I am eager to start feeling better again. The morning sickness (or more like all-day sickness) has returned and I’m having to struggle day in day out with constant nausea and a general feeling of being unwell.…

Apple and Cinnamon Loaf

source I’m a real sucker for Christmasy flavors and scents and I often create combinations, which could be mistaken for something that belongs to a Christmas table, when in facts it’s the middle of summer. I just love the mix of various spices, like cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and clove, especially when you use them with apples.

Now, let me share with you my delicious, easy-to-make, super healthy, gluten, dairy and refined sugar free apple and cinnamon loaf, which could be served as a cake with coffee, as a snack (my kids love it) or even as breakfast (I love it).…

Instant Bircher Muesli

buy xenical 120mg hard capsules orlistat I’m a big fan of porridge in the morning, as many of you have surely gathered. I could honestly eat porridge daily, maybe even several times a day. And every year when summer comes, and along with it, those three very hot months, I like to change things around a bit, ie. my usual hot porridge turns into a colder but definitely not paler version of itself.

I do make the occasional overnight oats but, if you’re busy like I am, I just tend to forget to make a batch the night before.…

Homemade Cashew Milk

Cashew milk has become one of my most favored of nut milks. I really love the subtle flavor and texture of  this particular dairy-free milk. It’s slightly sweeter and thicker than almond milk, for example, which makes it a great addition to desserts or even sauces. And the recipe couldn’t be easier.  I tend to make my nut milks totally natural, but if you like to add some flavor into yours, vanilla, honey, maple syrup or even cinnamon would go perfectly.…

Healthy Chocolate Spread (nut-free)

This chocolate spread is so delicious, that I just can’t stop obsessing over it. It’s light, tasty and actually really good for you. And an added bonus is that it’s really easy and fast to make. No unusual ingredients required. You can put this together with basic household ingredients. I personally love to have this spread on some brown rice and quinoa cakes. Such a great snack. My kids love it too.

Raw Buckwheat Porridge with Strawberry Sauce

Mornings are the best. A new day is about to start with little knowledge of what it will bring. I can really say that I feel most inspired in the mornings, and for that reason I tend to be really creative when it comes to preparing breakfast. I love coming up with fun new recipes and ways of making foods I and my family enjoy so much, such as porridge.

Buckwheat is a great alternative to oatmeal. It’s a real powerhouse food.…

How to Make Oatghurt

Out of all the foods I left behind when I stopped eating gluten, dairy and sugar, I have to say I’ve missed yoghurt the most. I used to be a huge yoghurt fan. I could have easily found ways to enjoy it at almost every meal. So in order to satisfy my craving for yoghurt, I had to come up with new ways of enjoying one my most beloved old favourites. And after trying a variety of “yoghurts”, the only one that really spoke to me was oat yoghurt,  or as I like to call it, oatghurt.…

Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

I have a new obsession: Smoothie in a bowl, especially in the mornings. I’ve started to come up with some really creative, delicious and healthy smoothies to start the day. Sometimes it might be in the form of a green smoothie and on other days it might be a fruit and berry smoothie, like this one I wanted to share with you. And the great thing about smoothies in a bowl is that you can top them with anything you like, such as granola, nuts, seeds or fresh fruit and berries.…

10-Minute Granola

This is my ultimate go-to when I feel like having granola for breakfast but was too tired didn’t have time to make a batch the previous day. This granola will take you only 10 minutes to make from start to finish, allowing you to enjoy a nice bowl of granola with almond milk and fresh fruit and berries any day of the week.

Overnight Blueberry and Chia Seed Oats

I’m such a massive fan of oatmeal. I just can’t get enough of it. I think I’m day by day getting more inventive with my morning porridge and coming up with new ways of enjoying my beloved oats.

These blueberry overnight oats are so delicious, mainly because of the sheer amount of blueberries. Blueberries are amazing. They’re packed with antioxidants, vitamin C, they improve our heart health, reduce the risk of cancers and boost our brain health. Quite amazing when you think about it.…
