enter site I really love making energy balls. They are such a power snack and they make me feel really good. I have my favourites, which I tend to make quite regularly, but I do love trying out new combinations and creating delicious new recipes.
buy Pregabalin 75 mg These chia seed, acai powder and raw cacao energy balls are so good. With very minimal ingredients you can create something really healthy and tasty. These energy balls combine some of my absolute favourites: Almonds, dates, acai and raw cacao powder. These really are the ultimate vitamin-rich energy balls. And they taste delicious too.
http://oceanadesigns.net/envira/blue-jeans/ This recipe makes about 15-20 balls (depending on the size of the balls):
3 dl almonds
2 dl sticky dates
1 tbsp hemp powder
1 tbsp acai powder
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
pinch of salt
Start by putting the almonds into a food processor and blend them until they are fully crushed. The finer they are, the better. Then add pitted dates, hemp powder, acai powder, chia seeds, raw cacao powder, coconut oil and salt and blend together. In case you want some extra sweetness, you could add a tablespoon of maple syrup into the mix. Once everything is thoroughly mixed and feels sticky to the touch, start forming the balls by using the palm of your hand. And when all of the balls are ready, put them into the freezer for about 30 minutes and then into the fridge. These energy balls will last in the fridge for a few weeks, unless you eat them all before that. Keep them in an airtight container and always in the fridge. These little treats are also great to take to family and friends. Guaranteed success. Enjoy and feel good!
